Celia brings deep expertise in customer growth, brand strategy and business transformation, shaped by a rare combination of consulting, client and global advertising agency experience. Her experience spans both London and Australia, where she held senior roles at Saatchi & Saatchi, T&P (formerly The&Partnership), and M&C Saatchi Australia. On the client side, she’s brought this expertise into strategic roles at Westpac and Ernst & Young, bridging the gap between consultancy and creativity. Most recently, she was Partner at an independent agency recognised as B&T’s ‘Emerging Agency of the Year’. With a background in both consulting and creative leadership, Celia is known for building brands with purpose, driving commercial growth and helping organisations turn strategy into action.

Brendan Collogan
Founder
Brendan is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in growth strategy, with a proven ability to deliver profitable outcomes across sectors including media (News Corporation), telecommunications (Singtel), financial services (Westpac), retail (David Jones), and insurance (Ausure). He has driven significant commercial success in recurrent revenue businesses exceeding $130 million (USD) annually, reflecting a deep understanding of membership-based and digital models. Brendan has scaled multiple large organisations and brings a nuanced grasp of the systems, levers, and collaboration required to generate sustained growth within complex organisations.

Stu Turner
Founder
Stu is an award-winning creative leader with over two decades of experience shaping ideas that drive both cultural impact and commercial results. His career spans South Africa and Australia, where he has held senior creative roles at globally recognised agencies. He has led work for some of the world’s most iconic brands, earning the highest recognition at Cannes Lions, D&AD, and Effies, including the Grand Effie for his work on Australian Defence Force. Stu’s strength lies in uniting creativity and strategy — working in close partnership with clients from diagnosis through to delivery — to develop distinctive brand platforms that move people and grow business.
